The use of www.couleurdusud.com website implies the full acceptation of the following general conditions. These conditions can be completed or updated without notice, we invite the www.couleurdusud.com users to check them regularly.
This Internet site is not responsible for material or intangible damages arising from the utilization of this site.
All litigation in relation with the use of www.couleurdusud.com is subject to French law.
Your Personal Data:
The site applies European General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] introduced on May 25, 2018, in particular the privacy protection.
Nevertheless, we can collect the necessary data, in order to:
- Preserve a selection of stills in "your" Lightbox
- Manage subscription to the Newsletter
- Maintain customer account for order processing and delivery.
We commit not to use your personal data for purposes other than those intended.
In accordance with the European regulation on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right to erase, right to portability, right of opposition for legitimate reason, right to the limitation of treatment, right to withdraw your consent if necessary, right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data in the event of death. These requests must be sent by e-mail to: didier.deveze@couleurdusud.com, with a copy of an identity document.
Computer Monitors / Color Proofing / Sample Prints:
Computer monitor colors often vary from one to another. If you are interested in purchasing a L print size or above and require a specific color match, I recommend that you purchase an "S" sample print first. I will apply that purchase amount as a credit towards that L size print. S size is the smallest sizes, in each FineArt-3:2 prints shown online.

Payment & Taxes:
VAT NOT APPLICABLE IN RELATION WITH ARTICLE 293 B OF FRENCH CGI.
You can place orders through the Cart. The Cart allows one path: Credit Card via PayPal.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.
Prices subject to change.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
No refunds or exchanges except for items damaged or lost in transit. Please notify me immediately, and I will do everything I can to provide a prompt remedy. (Please see “Damaged Items” below.)
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order and the printing has not already begun, we will issue you a refund. Once the printing process has started, we are unable to cancel the order and all charges will apply.
Damaged Items:
We carefully inspect & securely wrap everything before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged contact us right away. Please email us within 5 days to notify us or the shipping company might not be able to process your claim. Remember to keep the art and all packaging materials, as it is required by the shipping company in order to process the claim.
Delivery Times:
All Fine Art prints are made to order. Average print delivery time is 3-5 business days PLUS shipping from the time the payment is received.
Delivery times are also dependent upon my availability.
Shipping & Delivery:
Items arrive in a rigid envelope. We ship all items "Colissimo Tracking Delivery" to residential or "ground" to home addresses only. Please double check and make sure that your shipping address in the cart is current. That is the shipping address that we will use.
Shipping fee amounts are available in the checkout area, before confirming your order. Average ground 2-4 business days.
Tracking:
You will receive the tracking information within 24 hours after your order has shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you don’t receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order, please let us know by email: didier.deveze@couleurdusud.com
Signature requests / Refusal of delivery:
All delivery require a signature. If for any reason the package is returned to us including refusal of delivery, no refunds will be made. All costs for items purchased, shipping and taxes will still apply. If you decide that you would like to have your order re-shipped, you will be responsible for all additional shipping charges & possible taxes.
Insurance:
We insure all of our parcels. In the event that you do not receive your package, please contact us immediately at didier.deveze@couleurdusud.com. Shipping companies have a time limitation on claims made. We will be sure to follow up with them, and a find a solution for you to receive a replacement for your order.
